@b33fpebble Wile it's easiest conclusion it gives consumers a wrong hope that EU with their GDPR is some what superior in handling their data, which is wrong corps do not need data per se, what they need is metadata to train their models so as long as they never store data that being automatically collected by networking systems and only use to train models to predict your next move they are fine. Your data/metadata is only safe in your own hands. #privacy #selfhosted
